Welcome to the new bipoc-ca.org.

When we started BIPOC-CA in 2020, our goal was simple: reclaim our voices and our space in the creative industry. Our website should do the same. So we rebuilt it from the ground up, with our community at the centre.

What's new

  • A directory of BIPOC creatives. Musicians, dancers, designers, DJs, poets and more, all in one place. If you're looking to hire or book BIPOC talent, start here.

  • A home for Culture Day. The history of our flagship celebration, the artists who made it, and the place to find out when it returns.

  • Monthly membership. From $5 a month, you can keep BIPOC creatives seen, paid and supported, and become part of the collective.

  • Guides for creatives. Practical help with grants, contracts, pricing and portfolios.

  • Original artwork. The colours and patterns you see across the site were created for this project by two commissioned artists, Ali of AKS Artistic Design and Miselta
